Texas lotto: Frisco resident wins $1 million on lottery ticket

A Frisco resident won $1 million on a $20 scratch-off ticket.

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, purchased the ticket from RaceTrac #133 on Main Street in Frisco, the Texas Lottery announced Monday.

The game was the “$1,000,000 Crossword,” which has prizes ranging from $20 to $1 million. The odds of winning any prize in the game are 1 in 3.41, according to Texas Lottery.

The Frisco winner was the sixth person to claim the top prize.
