The Wellington Phoenix have kept their lead in the men’s A-League with a thrilling 4-3 win against lowly Perth Glory.
The game, played at Sydney’s CommBank Stadium as part of the inaugural Unite Round, produced some stunning goals as both teams went at each other in sometimes wet conditions.
The result sets up a top-of-the-table clash between the Phoenix and Melbourne Victory in Wellington on Friday.
