Sydney Sweeney Wears a Bandana-Inspired Outfit in Series of Selfies

Sydney Sweeney is taking the crop top and giving it a new, girl-next-door twist.

The actor and Miu Miu muse shared a series of mirror selfies on Instagram on Saturday, July 6, showing off her matching set that's fit for a chic country girl. Sweeney posed for a total of eight photos, bringing us on a whirlwind of emotions, poses, and angles — as any professional entertainer would.

Sweeney showed off the paisley-patterned cropped strapless top and matching mini skirt that exposed her stomach and showed off the small Miu Miu label. She decided to skip the jewelry — and even the shoes — but opted for a Miu Miu tote bag with a matching paisley bandana tied onto it.

“i dont do mirror selfies often but when i do they are chaotic," Sweeney wrote in the caption.

Sydney Sweeney's short hair was perfectly blown out and matched her effortless, girl-on-her-way-to-a-barbeque look. The actor debuted the new style in March when she attended Miu Miu's Paris Fashion Week show when she wore bedazzled ultra-short shorts and an oversized black blazer.

Sweeney has been one of Miu Miu's brand ambassadors for some time now, posing in several ad campaigns and often attending the luxury brand's shows. Coming off of the success of her rom-com Anyone But You alongside Glen Powell last year, Sweeney has stayed busy with promoting her films Madame Web and Immaculate. She awaits the potential third season of HBO's popular teen drama, Euphoria, which has been delayed several times since the second season aired in 2022. On March 25, 2024, Variety reported that season 3 was delayed and that scripts for the next installment are still being written. There are rumors that the show will use time jumps for the characters — which means we may see Sweeney's Cassie appear years later.
