Aotearoa’s favourite affordable and accessible pharmacy group has re-signed as a premium partner for three more years.

Chemist Warehouse has been proudly supporting the Phoenix for the past two and a half seasons and its now iconic logo will remain on the back-of-shirt for the Nix men and women for the 2024-25 A-Leagues and beyond.

The wider football community will also benefit from the partnership over the coming years.

Chemist Warehouse will donate $5,000 each season to cover the fees for one player to attend the Phoenix academy and has committed to supporting grassroots football clubs in Te-Whanganui-a-Tara with medical and healthcare supplies over the next three years.

Wellington Phoenix general manager David Dome is delighted to have Chemist Warehouse’s continued support.

“Chemist Warehouse came on board when our first teams were both based in Australia and they’ve been a great premium partner for the past two and a half years,” Dome said.

“They’re particularly passionate about supporting local communities and that’s an area we’re looking to grow.

“We look forward to working with the Chemist Warehouse New Zealand team over the next three years and building our partnership together.”

Azman Haroon, CEO of Chemist Warehouse New Zealand, has echoed the excitement.

“We are thrilled to extend our partnership with the Wellington Phoenix for another three years,” Haroon said.

“Supporting both the teams and the wider football community in Aotearoa aligns perfectly with our commitment to making a positive impact.

“Together, we will nurture talent at the academy level and provide essential healthcare resources to grassroots clubs.

“This partnership represents not just our dedication to football, but to the health and wellbeing of our local communities.”
