JT Jaguars will be hoping to bounce back to winning ways when they face KCCA Leopards today at YMCA Wandegeya (Friday).

They are out to face the Leopards who look to be serious title contenders this season based on the type of new additions they managed to acquire this season.

The Leopards added veteran Maureen Amoding, Perus Nyamwenge, Maggie Bagaala and point guard Ninette Uwineza to their roster. 

The three additions are the other half that allows them to play a unique offence.

This season their target is primarily to take the title, they are an experienced team but facing a well-oiled and young side in JT.

Today is the test to measure their ambitions as they face the JT Jaguars who are playing in the top tier for the second season, who also have a deep bench.

The Leopards have won all their matches against UCU Lady Canons (74-53) and against AI Challenge (75-33).

While the Jaguars lost their opening fixture against last season finalist the KIU Rangers (57-61) before they also comfortably thrashed the school girls of Nabisunsa (82-35).

Meanwhile UCU Canons who opened up the season with a (52-83) loss against their university fellows the KIU Titans will square it out with Dmark Power who also fell to defending champion City Oilers (38-73) in the men’s category.
