From influencing one of the biggest recent trends to giving us an iconic press tour, Margot Robbie has taken the whole stepping into Barbie's shoes stint very seriously, and it seems like she's not stopping anytime soon. As both 2024 and awards season gets started, it looks like the actor and producer is ready for another round of Barbie-inspired red carpet looks — and so are we.

Robbie kicked off the new year at the Golden Globes 2024, where she was nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy. While she did not take home the award, Robbie made sure to leave a lasting impression on the public. For the early January event, Robbie recreated an outfit worn by an iconic Barbie doll. Her custom look from Giorgio Armani Privé was a reference to the Superstar Barbie doll from 1977. The look features a halter hot pink column dress with a matching mesh boa.

For Robbie's 2024 update, she added glittering sequins to the dress and polka dots to the boa. She traded in the doll's sling-back Mary Janes for a classic point-toe heel in a coordinated hot pink hue from Manolo Blahnik. She also skipped the diamond necklace but opted for a statement ring and earrings from Lorraine Schwartz.

While she did recreate the doll's pale pink lips and kept it simple with a nude manicure, she also switched out the bright blue eyeshadow for neutral eye makeup and left her hair down instead of doing the half-up, half-down look.

Robbie's Golden Globes 2024 look was in collaboration with long-time stylist Andrew Mukamal, who was also behind her outfits for the movie's press tour. Her beauty team for the night consisted of nail artist Betina Goldstein, makeup artist Pati Dubroff, and hair stylist Bryce Scarlett.
