LAUREL, Miss. (WDAM) - The Laurel Police Department is investigating multiple gunshots fired from multiple vehicles Sunday night.

LPD Deputy Chief Earl Reed said that 20 or more shots were fired from several moving vehicles near General Pershing Street in Laurel.

Reed said no injuries were reported.

No motive was given for the shooting, which remains under investigation.
