Ava Kris Tyson has left MrBeast's team amid allegations that she "groomed" a young fan. In a post shared on X, Ava apologized to her fans and announced her decision to "permanently step away" from MrBeast. She also mentioned she would be quitting social media to focus on her mental health..

"I would like to apologize for any of my past behavior or comments if it hurt or offended anyone. It was not my intent. Seeing recent events we’ve mutually decided it’s best I permanently step away from all things MrBeast and social media to focus on my family and mental health," Ava wrote in a post on X.

The decision came after allegations surfaced that she messaged an underage victim. At the time, Ava was reportedly 20 years old, while the victim was 13. The alleged messages were shared on several YouTube channels on July 21.

The alleged victim, now an adult, refuted all claims of grooming.

"I was NOT groomed by Kris Tyson. I did not meet Kris Tyson by myself; I met Kris and the MrBeast crew with my family present. I ran a Discord server with Kris Tyson when I was 13, and while edgy and inappropriate jokes were made, that is all it was," he said in a post on X.

He added that Ava "did nothing wrong. What's actually disgusting is you guys twisting things and making me a victim."

Despite the alleged victim's clarification, several YouTubers criticized Ava.

Andrew Tate sarcastically commented in a video, "Surprise surprise, nobody saw that one coming."

The activist group "Gays Against Groomers" called on MrBeast to remove Ava from his videos, citing the allegations as a serious concern due to the channel's young audience.
