Apple is expected to unveil a series of devices at the much awaited event on September 9 which is to be held at its headquarters in Cupertino Park, California. Alongside the latest iPhone, Apple may announce other devices and software too.

Apple is expected to launch four models under the iPhone 16 series—iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. According to rumors, the new series will feature an enhanced process for finishing and coloring titanium, giving it a glossier appearance compared to the brushed aluminum finish seen in the iPhone 15 Pro models. The iPhone 16 series will operate on iOS 18. The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are said to be powered by the A18 Bionic chipset, while the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will reportedly come with the A18 Pro processor.

Apple’s Watch Series 10 will also be introduced at the event, along with the Apple Watch Ultra 3. There is speculation that Apple may release a more affordable third-generation Apple Watch SE. Additionally, an updated version of Apple AirPods, the Apple AirPods 4, is also expected to be revealed.

Timings for the iPhone 16 launch event are set at 10 am PT, translating to 10:30 pm IST for viewers in India. The venue for the event is Apple Cupertino Park in California.

The ‘It’s Glowtime’ event can be watched live on Apple's website and the Apple TV app. It will also be livestreamed on Apple’s YouTube channel.

In India, the iPhone 16 is expected to cost Rs 79,900. The Apple iPhone 16 Plus, Pro and Pro Max are expected to cost Rs 89,900, Rs 1,29,900, and Rs 1,39,900 respectively.
