Cornerstone Press sign 'revelatory' debut from Andrew Huberman ...
Cornerstone Press has signed the first book from podcast host and neuroscientist Dr Andrew Huberman, Protocols.
Publishing director Rowan Borchers has sold UK and Commonwealth rights from Nicole Bond at Simon Element for publication on 24th April 2025 simultaneously with the US. Rights have been sold in 29 territories at the time of writing.
Protocols is an "essential" guide to improving brain function, enhancing mood and energy and optimising bodily health and physical performance. The customisable guidelines mean the readers can adapt them to their specific needs. It has been pitched as "the essential roadmap for achieving optimal mental health".
Huberman is a tenured professor in the psychology department at Stanford School of Medicine and the host of Huberman Lab podcast. He is also a McKnight Foundation and Pew Foundation Fellow.
Borchers commented: "Andrew Huberman is the greatest science communicator of our time, and in Protocols he synthesises decades of learning into a revelatory and eminently practical guide to better living."
