For nearly two weeks, the T20 Cricket World Cup has caused road closures and restrictions near Eisenhower Park.
The 930-acre park is fully reopened and crews will begin to dismantle the stadium that held 35,000 cricket fans.
The permit holder is required to have the area back to normal by July 31.
Today, residents can get back to sporting fields, the aquatic center, the dog run and all three golf courses.
