Prop Ofa Tu'uingafasi could yet find himself in hot water over the incident.

Miller left the field in the 43rd minute with blood pouring from his mouth.

Vision of the incident wasn't shown until after the second half when Miller was spotted on the bench after failing a head injury assessment (HIA).

"You can see he's taken a heavy blow," said Tony Johnson on Stan Sport's coverage.

"He's just gone straight to the shoulder of Ofa Tu'ungafasi. Boy, that didn't look too good at all."

Ricky Swannell confirmed Miller had suffered a concussion as a result of the clash.

"It was initially the blood bin that we saw," she said on Stan Sport's coverage.

"It was upgraded then to have a head injury assessment, which he hasn't passed. He is back out on the bench, Cam Miller, but he won't take any further part in the game."
