Adult movie star Austin Wolf arrested on child pornography charges

Smith faces one count of distribution and receipt of child pornography, which carries a mandatory minimum sentence of five years and a maximum of 20 years in prison, and one count of possession of child pornography, with a maximum sentence of 10 years.

Adult film star Austin Wolf, whose real name is Justin Heath Smith, has been arrested on charges of child pornography, the Department of Justice announced on Friday. Smith, 43, is accused of receiving and distributing “hundreds of videos” of child pornography using an anonymous account on the messaging app Telegram.

Among the videos shared, the DOJ highlighted a particularly horrific video depicting a 10-year-old child being bound and raped, describing it as “ghastly.” In addition to these charges, Smith is accused of possessing more child pornography in his Manhattan apartment.

According to the criminal complaint obtained by Page Six, the alleged offences occurred over a brief period in March. The FBI initiated an investigation by seizing and searching the phone of an individual with whom Smith had been communicating. 

“An undercover FBI agent subsequently began a conversation with Smith’s anonymous Telegram account,” the complaint said. “In the course of those conversations, Smith revealed details that confirmed his identity.”

In April, a search warrant was issued for Smith’s Manhattan residence, where agents found an SD card containing hundreds of videos of child pornography.

As the news of Wolf's arrest surfaced, several netizens on social media called out the 43-year-old, alleging that Smith is a repeat offender and that law enforcement should further investigate him. 

"Many of us have been ringing the alarm about this Austin Wolf pervert for years. His blatant 'just turned 18' obsession has been the biggest dog whistle for pedo s**t, and while I'm so happy he's been caught and outed. I wish him the worst and I hope he's unalived in prison," one user said. "All those accounts commenting thirstily under Austin Wolf’s videos with especially DUBIOUS captions… you’re next," said another.
