Auckland FC have beaten Wellington Phoenix 2-1 in a frenetic clash in the all-New Zealand A-League derby at Mount Smart Stadium.
Auckland led 1-0 at halftime after a Phoenix own goal, but had to withstand a late Phoenix rally to seal the win.
Auckland are now unbeaten after six matches.
Mt Smart saw a crowd of more 26,000.
